  1. The promotion will run from 15th May (Thursday) to 6th July (Sunday), 2025. No coupons will be issued after 10:00pm on 6th July 2025.
  2. The winners will be selected at the end of the promotion period.
  3. On every spend of AED 250 at any retail outlet in BurJuman Mall other than banks, foreign exchange facilities, financial institutions, services and hypermarket, customers will receive one digital raffle coupon entry into the draw.
  4. Multiple receipts are accepted provided they are redeemed on the date of purchase. Receipts submitted on the following day will not be accepted.
  5. The customer can scan QR codes placed at the Customer Service desk, in-store counters and in other locations around the mall, to enter the required details and submit their entry for the draw.
  6. Once submitted, the submission will be reviewed by the BurJuman Mall team and validated within 7 days if all promotion requirements are met.
  7. The customer will receive an email once their entry has been submitted and another email once their entry into the draw is validated and confirmed by BurJuman Mall Management.
  8. Customers who do not receive a confirmation email within the 7 days of submission, please note that the entry has been rejected as some terms and conditions of the promotions have not been met.
  9. Customers are requested to save the receipts for 7 days post submission, until they receive the confirmation email.
  10. Through the raffle, two (2) winners will be selected as winners of the Chalo BurJuman, Chalo South Africa campaign, in collaboration with South African Airways (SAA).
    • The Travel Voucher is exclusive for BurJuman Mall Summer Spend & Win Promotions winners of "Chalo BurJuman, Chalo South Africa" Campaign only.
    • SAA will contribute by sponsoring Economy ticket (Dubai – Johannesburg – Dubai) plus holiday package to South Africa for 1st winner, all-inclusive (as per itinerary) for 8N/9D for 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years), second winner will receive round trip economy tickets for 2 adults to South Africa (Dubai – Johannesburg – Dubai)
    • Fights / Hotels are subject to availability. Alternate dates need to be provided in case of non-availability.
    • Tickets cannot be upgraded using any airline or any other vendor miles. Only cash upgrade is possible.
    • All travelers are required to apply for and avail visa on their own through proper channel of VFS. South African Airways & BurJuman Mall Management will not be responsible for any VISA approvals.
    • All extra costs outside the mentioned itinerary will be borne by the passenger BurJuman Mall & South African Airways operates with a third-party ground handler and is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by natural events, equipment failure, government actions, civil unrest, theft, epidemics, or delays and related expenses arising from such .
    • The package is not valid for travel during blackout period / public & School holidays
    • The Travel Voucher is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
    • Validity of the package is till November 2025 and cannot be extended further.
    • The Travel give away cannot be used in conjunction with any other South African Airways promotions.
    • Vouchers are exclusively valid for redemption with South African Airways in Dubai, UAE.
    • Additional Charges: As per the safari / game drive policy, children aged 3–11 years are charged 50% of the adult rate (in case of more than 2 children). Children aged 12 years and above are charged the full adult rate for game drives (in case of more than 2 children)
    • Participation in game drives is at the discretion of lodge management.
  11. Owners and employees of the Centre’s outlets, Saif Al Ghurair Group of Companies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  12. On all aspects of the draw, the BurJuman Mall Management decision is final and binding for every participant.
  13. If for any reason entries are lost, delayed, not received by the closing date, corrupted, illegible, or are subject to malfunction and technical difficulties, the BurJuman Mall Management will not be held responsible.
  14. Winners of the prizes must present any valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport) to claim the prize. Winners will be required to sign an acknowledgment form upon receiving their prize.
  15. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone as per the details filled out on the digital raffle form.
  16. Winners will be required to attend a Photo opp. with BurJuman Mall and South African Airways management teams.
  17. The picture will be used across the mall’s digital & social media platforms, in addition to release that will be shared across Arabic & English media in UAE / GCC.
  18. Prizes that are not claimed within 60 days will be automatically forfeited.
  19. If the winner is not able to collect their prize personally, based on an agreement with BurJuman Mall Management, they can delegate a person to collect on their behalf.
  20. BurJuman Mall Management reserves the right to withhold the prize based on irregularities and ineligibility.
  21. The right to cancel, amend or change these terms and conditions rests solely with BurJuman Mall Management and can be actioned without prior notice.
